Close inspection of the Elite II device
Cleaning guidance should always follow the current Instructions for Use for the device and region.

Why cleaning matters

Dried medicinal cannabis flower can leave residue in the chamber, mouthpiece, and airflow path over time. Routine cleaning helps keep the device easier to load, easier to inspect, and more consistent to use.

Cleaning is also a support issue. If residue builds up, a patient may think the device is not performing correctly when the first step may simply be checking loading, airflow, and the parts that require routine care.

Let the device cool first

Before cleaning, allow the device and mouthpiece to cool fully. Do not attempt to clean a hot chamber or force components while the device is warm.

The Elite II includes a removable pick tool stored at the base of the device. The pick tool can help with packing, stirring, clearing the chamber, and removing spent material when used as directed.

Key areas to keep clean

  • Mouthpiece: Check the magnetic zirconia mouthpiece and integrated vapour path for residue.
  • Chamber: Empty spent material after the device cools and avoid overpacking during the next session.
  • Airflow path: If inhalations feel restricted, check that the chamber and mouthpiece are seated and clear.
  • Exterior: Wipe the outside with a clean, dry cloth and avoid immersing the device in liquid.

When to contact support

If cleaning and correct loading do not resolve a support issue, register the device and contact Grenco Medical support with the product model, serial number, purchase date, and a short description of the issue.

Practical takeaway: Regular cleaning is part of device ownership. Patients should follow the Instructions for Use and ask support before attempting anything beyond routine care.
