1. Charge the device
Use the included USB-C cable and charge the device before first use. Charging status and device prompts should be followed according to the Instructions for Use.
2. Load the chamber
Remove the mouthpiece, fill the chamber with ground material as directed, and avoid overpacking. A medium grind packed loosely helps preserve airflow.
The included pick tool can help with packing, stirring, and clearing the chamber when used as directed.
3. Activate and set temperature
Hold the power control to turn the device on, use the controls to set the desired temperature, and begin a heat session according to the device instructions.
Temperature selection should be discussed with a prescribing healthcare practitioner. Device education is not a substitute for clinical advice.
4. Wait after vibration before inhaling
This wait matters. If a patient inhales immediately after the vibration, the flower may not have heated long enough to produce visible or expected vapour. That can make the device seem like it is not working when it may simply need the extra heat-soak time.
After the session
Let the device cool, remove spent material, and clean as directed. Registering the device also helps with warranty support and future safety or service communications.
