Who we are
This website is operated by Grenco Medical. In Australia, the Elite II is supplied by our authorised sponsor, Mood State Medical Pty Ltd, and in New Zealand by Veridion Group. Where this policy refers to "authorised partners", it means these and other organisations engaged to support product supply, registration, warranty, and customer service.
Information we collect
We collect personal information that you choose to provide to us, and limited technical information collected automatically when you use the site.
- Information you provide through forms on this site, including product registration (name, contact details, device serial number, purchase information), healthcare professional and pharmacy access requests (name, organisation, contact details, location), and contact enquiries.
- Technical information collected automatically, such as your IP address, browser type, device type, pages visited, and referring pages. This is collected through analytics only where you have given consent (see "Cookies and analytics" below).
Cookies and analytics
This site uses Google Analytics 4 to understand how visitors use the site so we can improve it. Analytics cookies and measurement are disabled by default. We only enable them after you select "Accept" in the cookie banner shown on your first visit. If you select "Decline", no analytics cookies are set and no analytics data is collected.
